We are delighted to announce we have forged another new trusted partnership with Collins Design & Build Ltd. Collins, a significant and well renowned manufacturer of structural steel, contacted Manor as they were looking to source a trusted brand that could offer a more cost effective, high performance self-priming coating solution for their structural steel portfolio.
Following several site visits and discussions our team suggested conducting a trial using Manor Zinfos 340 system, in their own unique dark grey colour. We utilised our in-house colour matching service to ensure a critical colour match to their current supplier’s specification. Zinfos 340 is a high-performance product which offers direct to metal application with excellent sag resistance and high levels of anti-corrosive pigmentation. The product produces little overspray, longer wet edge times for larger structures and high opacity in a one product application.
After the initial trial and further extended testing, Collins approved Zinfos 340 for use in their production facilities. We continue to work with Collins and are looking forward to a long-term partnership for many years to come.
